Reclaim, Reconnect & Reset

A 6-week midlife support group

Overview:

Reclaim, Reconnect & Reset is a six-week, psychologist-led perimenopause support group for women experiencing the emotional, psychological, and identity shifts that can arise during midlife.

The program offers a structured and supportive space to pause, reflect, and better understand what may be changing beneath the surface. Through guided reflection, shared conversation, and practical psychological strategies, women are supported to reconnect with themselves and approach this stage of life with greater clarity and steadiness.

Sessions are held in person and facilitated by a clinical psychologist, with an emphasis on safety, respect, and thoughtful engagement.

If youโ€™d prefer to begin more quietly, you can explore our free perimenopause guides before joining a group.
