Psychologist-led. Compassionate. Practical. Real.

If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone — and you’re not imagining it.
Perimenopause is more than a hormonal shift — it can shake your mood, memory, sleep, identity, energy, relationships, and sense of self.
It’s a lot. And most women are left trying to figure it out on their own.
Reclaim, Reconnect & Reset is a 6-week in-person group created for women just like you.
Led by psychologist Heather, this group offers a safe, supportive space to explore what’s happening in your body and brain, make sense of your experiences, and reconnect with the parts of you that might feel lost, flat, or frayed.

“So grateful to have this opportunity to navigate the Pause journey. I learnt so much about myself and others. Heather’s guidance helped me reflect on things I had never stopped to consider. It felt like a deep dive into the self, a celebration of mindfulness, and a reminder that it’s okay to be you.”
“The most valuable part was the connection, the guidance, the reputable resources, and feeling safe, heard, and welcomed. I will really miss this group.”
“I came with an open mind and an open heart, and felt safe to speak about my experiences. I arrived at the first few sessions feeling high levels of physical anxiety, but I always left more unwound, which often helped for the rest of the day. I found my joy again.”

Hi, I’m Heather – a clinical psychologist with nearly 30 years’ experience supporting women through life’s challenges and changes. I’ve worked across many areas of mental health, but over time I’ve found a deep sense of purpose in helping women navigate the often-overlooked psychological impact of perimenopause and menopause.
This stage of life brings more than hot flushes – it can shake your sense of self, relationships, mood, sleep, and even your confidence. I’ve seen it in my clients, in the research, and in my own life too. That’s why I’ve developed this support group – to offer a safe, supportive space where women can connect, understand what’s happening, and feel empowered to reclaim themselves.
I bring a compassionate, down-to-earth approach to my work, grounded in evidence-based strategies and enriched by decades of real-life conversations with women like you. I believe we thrive best when we feel seen, heard, and supported — and I’d be honoured to walk alongside you in this part of your journey.
